La storia ancestrale (The Ancestral Trail)
Hello. In 1994 Hobby & Work publicated a partwork magazine that was originally published by Marshall Cavendish in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand in the early nineties. It was also translated into French, German, Italian and Spanish. In Italy a group of programmers, Holodream Software, started from scratch and designed the games, adapting the story to four adventure games. Then borned La storia ancestrale for DOS. I'm sure that is abandonware. Just came here. But on the abandonwarez site doesn't exist. I can give you the whole pack of 4 disks. The game is in italian but I've heard about a fan's english translation.
Just tell me what shall I do and I'll do that. Bye |

If you have the floppies, use WinImage (http://www.winimage.com/download.htm) to create IMG files from them (for floppies it's the equivalent of ISO images for CD-ROM discs). Then upload these.

No, I simply told you the status of the game, it's not protected or sold, it's ok for Abandonia.
But we need those English translations, we don't insert non-english games on site. Last edited by Dave; 11-09-2008 at 11:26 AM. |

Exceptions do happen, if we can't find the English version or there's some problem with it.

See Atlantis: Tales of the Lost City for one, and Black Sect for another. There probably was one or two more, earlier, but I don't remember which ones.
