Not ESA protected.
Not for sale anwhere indexed on CSE. Not supported: http://www.ravensoft.com/Technical%20Support.aspx CD-Rip is ~8 MB. Full CD is ~300 MB. Can someone find it still for sale in a location not indexed in CSE? If not, it's approved.

Anywhere from a few weeks to a few years. First we need to get a copy of the game in question, then someone has to review it.

Not bad, its worth the wait. Is there a notification when it is available or do i just have to keep looking for it?

Perhaps you could review it for us, and then it could be on site far faster
 Even if it is just the 8meg version. I don't think there's a limit to the number of requests you can make, but we badly need reviews...
