If eating at macdonalds isn't a taboo, self-mutilation shouldn't be a taboo.

In other words, certain people in the Philipines should go eat in McDonalds at Easter?

When I lived in the city, I visited McDonalds a lot. I loved their food. It was delicious, it was economical, and it was good quality fare. I certainly never had weight or health problems. I enjoyed McFeasts more than anything which was meat plus fresh salad in a bread roll. I think fish and chip shops might have more health risks as their food can be very oily and salty. Viva McDonalds, I say!!

Well, the McDonalds we have in Australia, do have good quality food. The salads are fresh and the hamburgers taste great and the fries are crisp and aren't oily. I've always liked them. Perhaps the quality varies from country to country. They're a very popular chain over here.

in the uk they just leave the burgers reheating all day on the warmer, and the fries are all disgusting and overcooked/recooked. dont even get me started on the coffee!
the worst part is the price.. its such a rip off considering the quality of the food - and we all know they buy the ingredients for a ridiculous price and pay the workers peanuts.

Just because it's a salad doesn't mean it's healthy.

The government is forcing macdonalds to make pseudo-healthy changes. The food is processed, and absolutely filthy.

It has been proven that macdonalds causes liver damage.

I would never eat or work at macdonalds - horrible food, and you're suporting evil.

If you want food made using the most cost-effective, and substandard methods go ahead and eat at macdonalds.

There are no products or consumers, there is only market share.

I rather die then eat at macdonalds.

100 years ago the word "heart attack" didn't exist, and cancer was rare. Diabetes was undeard of.

Industrialized food production is causing our food to be less nutritious, and and more toxic. The mainstream media, and the government tells us it's safe because they are making billions of dollars from it.

There is only one disease, and it's called malnutrition.

Eating or working at macdonalds is immoral.

I don't have anything against McD. I don't like it, but that's just my opinion. I don't like the taste of the burgers, and the fact that they put pickles and onions on it  But then again, I love the fries there.
If people like McD, great! Go there! But like most food, if you eat too much of it, well, you know what happens. Just don't blame it on others.

I think it's really stupid, when people are blaming it on McD (and other companies) that they're overweight. And sueing. That's just silly. They need somebody to blame. Stupid, in my opinion. Nobody is telling the people to go to McDonalds... "or else...."
