cool! that makes me happy :amused: and Mc Marcinho's funk has usually nice lyrics unlike most contemporary funk music from Rio.

Your friend lives in Iceland?

Still inspired, love this song:

Ira - Flores em você

My friend lives in Brazil. My dad's moving to The Azores in January, which is why I became interested in the language It's very beautiful, but I speak some Italian so I tend to get words mixed up

And to stay on topic: That song you recommended is awesome!! Thanks

I was at a concert tonight, and the band heating before the main band (well, bands... two different types of band joined forces, which in this case was totally awesome) is kind of cool. Here they are, they're called Árstíðir which means Seasons

Ah, Romance languages have this advantage. Once you learn one of them, they all become easier. Portuguese is harder to pronounce tough, I feel. But I think you would do fine. My friend from Iceland in Japan pronounced Brazilian Portuguese better than English :amused:

I'm so happy you like it! I love that song! I'll think of other Brazilian songs. I'm usually very eclectic for music. It depends on my mood.

Really liked the one you send too! So, back to the topic, that's what I'm listening now, if you let me:

Árstíðir - Oskasteinar

Hey!! This is my post number 100!! Yiei! :brain:

I like Óskasteinar =) It means wishing stones. I dunno if it's a term in english, but in Iceland there's this old myth that there are stones that are special, if you find them you can use them and they make your wishes come true.
