Haven't played much of it yet, but I'm enjoying it so far.

Lovely game. k:

Never mind; I somehow sorted it out. Now, I just hope playing it through isn't so problematic. Good luck to those of you still having problems getting it to run.

@ Heimdall

Keep clicking your mouse until the conversation is finished and you can move about. You can see lips move, but can't hear anything yet.

Press Enter to get the game options.

Click on 'Subtitles On'.

Click on 'Restart Game'.

You should now be able to play the game normally.

I've got a problem, too. Namely, the game stops during the opening sequence, immediately after the kid's mouth stops moving. The old man will talk, shake his head and gesture 'til doomsday without his closeup popping up, enter does nothing and the game freezes up completely if you move the mouse very far from the center of the screen or left or right click. Hopefully it's not going to be a problem with any computer but mine, because I don't it's fixable.

I'd like to play this game but it constantly freezes and the interface is extremely awkward to boot.

If you click on the close-up of whoever's talking, that helps to move things along.
If there is no close-up, just click anywhere in the screen a few times.

Hope this helps. k:
