Well from what I heard the band thought she was becoming too much of a diva, caring more about the money, losing that love for the music, that's an idea that's been floated around, although a bunch of metal boards I have visited seem to be happy with the news.

She was planning to leave Nightwish within a year anyway. She was too convinced of her own value inside the band, and cancelled shows just so she could go out with friends and rehearsing for solo acts.
Will miss her voice, but it was needed. |
