Default Off road arcade racer

Was the late 80's I think. It was a sit-down arcade racer but it was with dune buggies/off road vehicles and all i remember from it was that it had voices and if you hit someone you'd hear the sound like "OW!"....that's about all I have to go on.

I think I found it...Power Drift from 1988 released by Sega.

I believe he means that there's a cockpit that you sit in, as opposed to the arcade racers that you stand at that often have a pedal on the floor of the cabinet.
