LOL I made a virtual psychologist in basic, it was:

10 PRINT "Tell me about your mother."
20 INPUT STATEMENT
30 PRINT "So what do you think that means?"
40 GOTO 20

I considered adding parts of it that charge you money per quarter hours but I never got round to it.
That virtual toilet would be worth seeing

new programs:

Agecalc

input the year you were born and Agecalc figures it out (subtracts 2005 by your year.) The program can be sometimes a year off.

Agecat

catagorises your age in child, teen, or adult.

One step further: Get the input of your timezone, one from another place and the hour. Then let it calculate how late it is in the other timezone.

My favorite program I did while learning was an artificial psychologist, using switches.

whee.

I asked it questions for hours.

Like:

Me: Am I crazy?
Dr: Yes, that does sound like an interesting theory.
I made a program I called "smalltalk" it was able to understand simple sentences and reply with sensicle answers. Great thing about it was that I did it all in MSX-BASIC. I was pretty proud of that program. Too bad I lost it.
