I remember when I used to play these as a kid. I've still got the floppy discs, but I can't play them seeing as my laptop doesn't have a floppy drive (and I won't be getting one for quite a while).

I dunno if anyone would remember the version of Asteroids I'm talking about; it's the one where you're a little triangle shooting asteroids and spaceships. Then, when you destroy everything on that level, the background changes color (you start off with blue, then it goes to black, then to red etc.). I hate the online flash-game one (if you know what I'm talking about).

Also, Elevator from Hell is a favorite of mine. Where you're a stick-man, and run around 12 floors collecting diamonds whilst being chased by a robot. There's two elevators on each side of the platforms, which you must use to get to the other floors (the robot can also use the elevators). I can't find this game ANYWHERE online!

I would really appreciate it if you could get these games up on abandonia.

If you mean Atari's classic "Asteroid" then I can't seem to find that for PC at all, at least not on Mobygames. I would however assume there are some tens or hundreds of clones out there.

About Elevator From Hell. Seems it is a fan made version of Elevator Action (never published for PC either according to Mobygames). Elevators From Hell is also a freeware game which you can get ftom HOTU.
