I doubt you need to be arguing with Raffles...If it's ESA protected, Abandonia CANNOT host it, regardless if other sites CAN or not. Do you not see the other game's having ESA stopsigns on them so you cannot download? You want this site to be shut down? Gone? Dead for good?

The rights to Interplay games didn't just die with the company. The rights were bought by various companies, some of which are ESA-members.

All those rights haven't been taken yet, that's why it's taking so long for companies to bring up popular franchises (make lots of money).

It's technicly impossible to approve a game ESA protected without taking a swing. I say we give the 1989 game a try and if any complaints arise, Abandonia can remove it, unlike some sort of scouring monster creature that devours time passages and prevents digestion of any logical paths in the brain.

Really, I can't see why you're making such a fuss of this. If you want the game, you can get it from one of those "sites with integrity" of which you seem to think so highly. Abandonia's policy is not to risk another confrontation with ESA, which means that when a game's status is doubtful it won't be added.
