I've got kickstart... but it is a ROM file - and I don't know with what program should I open it.
Then I got Amiga Emulation WinUAE and it says something about proprieties and I really don't know what to do.

Then... if I have all of these how will it help me to play Gadget? I remember I was playing it on PC... I didn't have Amiga then.

In WinUAE's text-files should stand how you have anything to use. For example, you need to configure WinUAE either through starting it or editing the configuration files, so that it knows the exact path to Kickstart. I never used WinUAE but some emulators for NES or SNES so I think that's similar with them. Then you need to let WinUAE maybe know where your games are located, again through editing the configuration files or setting that in the main program.
Use your head a little, too, don't ask always for help, I'm sure you'll manage that.

i will repeat myself, but you can use lemonade
on http://www.lemonamiga.com/
it is winUAE based and it is just utility to make winUAE "user friendly"

sooo
if you click on LEMONADE button
then DOWNLOAD you can download lemonade(you can see there that winUAE is requied)

then you need gadget ROM file(its like an image from CD) and run that rom through emulator

Not entirely correct. Amiga was a home-computer, today's PCs-like and not a console like Nintendo & Co.
And Amiga's operating system and games mostly ran from a floppy disk, although later systems had HD's, too. Rom-modules were only used in C64 but not in Amiga anymore.
Here more info (all in German, though): Homecomputermuseum
When I say console. I mean all machines that allow video gaming.

Well, then you can call the PC a console, too.
