Well, the idea itself is rediculous, they made the flag out of cars - and I even know who one of those people is (I studied in Maribor and it's only 12km from my hometown - Ruše). BTW: they didn't have any kind of clearence for this and the really amazing thing is, that the bottom Yugo was able to hold two (not empty) cars on top of the roof without being re-enforced. These weren't some stunt-men, just a bunch of wacky students having their fun.

And if anyone wonders - they were trying to make the old Yugolsavian flag and the photage was taken on the 29th of November.

And funny part is that car is also called Yugo.

(ps. should we call it a car? )

Interesting fact: Mackinaw Bridge is connecting main part of Michigan (USA) with Upper Peninsula. It is very long two tower suspension bridge. Michigan in overall is known for its bad winds, and one car was blown of the bridge. Of course, it was Yugo. Local news paper said that driver has died from the impact with the water, and if it was any other vehicle, she might get drowned. Other car that drove off the bridge apparently was suicide.

BTW - has anyone ever seen THIS Danny deVito's movie? The only car it features is the Yugo - like a few dozens of them!

Yup, he had it in Die Hard (I think part 3).

Also Day Aycroyd had it in the movie P.A.G.A.N. co-staring Tom Hanks...

Dan isn't back.
Hanks: Where could he be with his date. They can't be on the back seat. He's driving a Yugo.

LOL

In one of my favorite movies, The Crow, there was scene with Yugo. The guy driving it cursed at foreign cars. LOL
