Thumbs up my comments on the contest

OK, now that the contest is over I can throw my 2 cents (or 3 grosze).

First of all - I liked it. And I mean it - not because I got consolation prize. I liked it when I applied, as it presented itself as a good riddle to solve and it also gave the contestant that pleasant feeling "I've got a chance to win ..and it's greater than 1:1000".

As I do realize it took a while to prepare the questions, I'd like to comment on them, expecting future contests to come.

Multiple choice questions (1, 3) were not that hard: not only you have like 20% chance with a random shot, but googling information was fairly easy. With all online databases about games and documentation depositories these days even straight answers (4) weren't that bad to solve.

Anagrams (2) seemed insanely tricky at first, 'till I found an online tool that served as an aid Still, this tool is unable to help with non-dictionary words (Daggerfall), so I recommend using such titles next time to nullify the input of helpful anagram-solving programs.

The most fun were guessing games and cryptograms (5,6,7) as there was no way to cheat. If the set of words didn't ring the bell in your mind (and it wouldn't if you hadn't play the game before) you won't even wild guess an answer. My recommendation for the next quiz!

Screenshot fun was fun indeed! I'm so glad they were trimmed, as interface can be often so obvious it would give away the answer. My recommendation for the next quiz!

Glad you enjoyed it . We'll have more contests in the future - there's already quite a few ideas in the running actually.

Well, owning an original copy of Little Big Adventure is an old dream of a brother of mine coming true, and in addition to this I happen to get the other two hard-to-find classics I chose as my second and third picks, so things couldn't be better for me.

Thanks a lot to red_avatar for this great Big Bag of Booty (Big indeed ) Contest, and congratulations to the other winners and also to the rest of participants for the high average amount of correct answers (far above my predicted 37 )

Oh, and special congratulations to hydr0x, the supreme winner of the Biggest Prize of the Big Bag of Booty. I hope you enjoy Tales of Monkey Island and dedicate us one of your first playthroughs
