It seems this new game have the same engine than Ufo: Aftermath. Thus, I have no hopes of even thinking it will be good. I hate Aftermath, it's a very bad game.

I doubt you've even played it Eagle, especially with that attitude.
The game was given bad ratings because it was horribly buggy, now that there are patches out there, it's a dream.

What are you talking about? I bought the damn thing, I played it several times and I never even got near finishing it because it's so boring... I also never experimented a crash or a bug in that game, so I have doubly no idea of what you are talking about.
Plus, it's 3D. A very bad point to start with. |

So because a game is 3D it's a piece of crap.
Oh well, I guess I'll just return to Half-Life and Homeworld and cry because they're 3D and not god-awful limited 2D. :bleh:

I'm not going to argue with you if you just can't take an opinion.

Well, on first impression they made the annoying bits no better - the camera's just as counterintuitive, and there's still just as much effort required to move your soldiers around as ever, if not more. The plot might be better and there looks to be more control over bases, but the demo doesn't give anything away in that department. The English is also patchy, which is very offputting. Not looking good so far.
