:ranting: i finally find a copy of an old fave, and when i run it the screen goes blank and says "out of frequency range", but the sound still works. any ideas on how to fix this? :help:

I think he is trying to run dos game in newer machine, and out of range message means that computer runs game so fast, that monitor can't keep up with it.
Try to run game using DOSBox with that game, if is pure dos version. If it's not, try to lover your frequency by selecting it, instead of using 'optimal setting'. (DIsplay panel >> advanced) |
