In my country piracy is everewhere arnd you can easily buy a game which csts 30 dollars in U.S. for less that1/9 of it(Evenfree - from inteernet)
The quiestion is:What to do with it?

New games here are anywhere from 40-60 dollars. Just today I was in the game store, and one girl paid 55 bucks for a new game. (60 - discount)

it depens on where you buy it..here it can cost 3 dollars..on the black market of course LOL
