Hello there are many 3drealms games on iso cellar but on this page games on sale?

You're right, that game is listed as one still sold at the 3D Realms website (they have released some games as freeware, like Bio Menace or Alien Carnage but this one isn't among them).

It isn't abandonware, it's freeware. The developer has released the game as such several years ago.
