Since there's a problem with manual link, here it is:

Code:
================
CYBERLAW SECRETS
================
by NGboo

==========
FATALITIES
==========

If you set "Blood" to maximum in Options, you'll be able to perform Fatality
to a baddy, when his health is low:

HUMAN & MALE ROBOT: While running towards a baddy, keep holding ahead,
			then press down+attack when you get close to him
FEMALE ROBOT: While running towards a baddy, keep holding ahead,
			then press up+attack when you get close to him

======
CHEATS
======

Once the stage starts, type in:

BALANCE - infinite health for both players
		(You won't have to type this in for each stage. The code works
		until you exit the game.)
NOLIMIT - recharges the weapons (when you pick them up, of course)
		(Although the code says NOLIMIT, you can just recharge your
		weapon, the ammo is not infinite.)
HARD		- ???
		(I have no clue what this does.)

=================
SECRET CHARACTERS
=================

Finish the game twice on any difficulty to unlock secret characters.

I'm having trouble playing the download version of this game in Dosbox, it just shows the "Bal@nce" splash screen and then goes black and freeze. Is their a tricky way to set this game up? :wondering:

I've experienced the same issue, but didn't have the time yet to check what's going on (the contest is taking up most of my free time).

Try turning gravis ultrasound off (gus=false). I think that will solve the problem. If not, I attached DOSBox configuration for Cyberlaw that I use to play it.

Yeah, worked for me.

Now it leaves me with a single question: Who the hell stole Sylia Stingray's hardsuit?!
(for those who don't get it, it's a Bubblegum Crisis reference)

The frontend should have an option to disable Gravis Ultrasound (GUS) emulation.
It might be a little out of the way of regular options, probably somewhere where you can change the sound emulation settings for the game's profile in the frontend (can't say for sure, I don't have a Mac and avoid using frontends).
If not, you'll have to do it manually by opening DOSBox.conf (it's just a textfile - any text editor will do), finding the line that says gus=true and changing it to gus=false.
