Soldat creator Michal Marcinkowski has recently announced that he is commencing work on the development of a new game, which goes by the name of Crimson Glory. The only information he has released in regards
to the game concept is - "Crimson Glory is a multiplayer air dogfighting game set in the Mediterranean in an alternative reality after World War I. Gameplay will be similar to Triplane Turmoil and Soldat but with 3D graphics. The game world is heavily inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's movie "Porco Rosso"".

I, for one, am looking forward to it, being a big Soldat fan and therefore perhaps well inclined to take heed of any project from the hands of M.M - and besides, it sounds cool. A small website has been set up - http://www.crimsonengine.com/

I just thought someone here might be as interested as I am.
