It should run most games up to 1994, some slower than others, but most of them fine.
This does not apply to any of the Wing Commander games which always want a generation or two ahead to run properly. :-)

No he said in the first post that it's a Tulip... which means that it used to be a company computer really. I remember Tulip mostly as a scandinavian product but then I never checked them up.

you can get all info about your computer in BIOS.

you can get memory size and type in DOS if you type MEM

I have 486DX/80 MHZ, and i also worked on one of these SX ones when i studied.
Most DOS games actually DO WORK on these. As most DOS games were made when 386 were arround. important this is how many RAM you have thoguh.

So far the only DOS game i didnt' maange to get it workign properly was Duke nukem 3D. it was working rather slow. but the rest were ok. Inlcuding Doom and Crusader series.
Also games such as Xcom and similar should work.

On my DX i played some very good 3d games. such as Terra nova.

just make sure you have as much RAM as possible (8MB is good, but more is better). and you will be fine :-D

Also check the disk size ...
