Do you mean that the game doesn't load the savegame?

What i actually meant was: i save a leve or zone of alien carnage, when i try to retrieve it again, i can see only the "blank" or empty tag which is present for saving more levels. THERE is the save game option(F2), but like i told u before, eventhough i save the level, the above mentioned problem occurs. My OS in WINDOWS XP.please help me out.

i guess you are right. When i save the game and try to retrieve it later, instead of the saved game level(example:zone 2 boss level), there is only the "blank" tag present!!

Well you need to find out what it is trying to save to. Does it have a config file? Are you using dos-box, or dos-box with d-fend?

Uncheck Read-Only attribute on all game files. See if it helps.

Some games don't display the names of the saved games. Try typing whatever you saved it as in, and see if that works.
