I think they're decent and addictive (except the rubbish ones).

meh... i am not really into things like business managment, planes, cars, etc... so most simulations tend to bore me after a bit, because a lot of times they are made for those who really know the field. Even games like The Sims, which is technically a simulation of life, got boring after a month or so.

When I think of a simulation I only think of a simulation of a vehicle of some sort. Not "The Sims"or any "business simulation". I think of them more like puzzle or strategy games than simulations. With that in mind I voted that they are good.

one word - Herts of Iron. (well yes that's three words, but that would nopt be as efective).
I raely don't play car/plane sims, but that doesn't mean they suck, just that I suck at them. |

well... it's on the border, but for me it's a matter of means and objectives- try playing as china (or poland). and If you still think that is a strtegy, than you have a different defenition of strategy (which probably includes buisiness sims as well) EDIT: <!--QuoteBegin-efthimios@Jul 17 2005, 12:55 AM <...> "business simulation".* I think of them more like puzzle or strategy games than simulations. <...>[/quote] wow, you defenition do include them |

There are good sim games the most recent i liked was... don't remember the name... the one about building a space station and make life happy to your crews...
Anyway i think that good sim games could still be made! |
