I am havin trouble testing Zone 66. I had it once on my old pc but it got formatted. The game won't run in xp, cause it says its protected. In dos-box it says not enough memory (forgot which type.)

zone 66 doesn't like one type of memory (either xms or ems) try disabling one at the time in dosbox. It's probably impossible to run in plain xp as it's a vm86 mode game

It doesn't work on DOS BOX, the help file says that I should have a floppy disk to boot it and my PC has no floppy drive.

The game works in dosbox.
As you don't give any details about how you try to run your game/your mount lines/inputs .... it's kinda hard to say were you went wrong.
