Trust me. Even if you're a hardcore DOS user, D-Fend Reloaded will make your life much, (much, much) easier when it comes to Dosbox. (I still have a dedicated dos machine for classic gaming, but my windows pc and laptop use the D-Fend Reloaded Frontend. Some games require a faster cpu cycles, and some very low cycles, and using MT-32 module. It's much more convenient to set up separate profile for each game and just double click the icon to load it.) This is completely different than using an actual dos machine.

You can do that without D-Fend.
