Nope, don't do that.
Never mount the root of your system drive in DOSBox. That would allow the programs you run in DOSBox to access C:\Program Files and C:\Windows and possibly delete/modify files from those paths. Instead, create a folder for your DOS games and mount that as the C-drive in DOSBox: mount c "c:\dos games"
