Hey guys,

I really need some help. Everything used to work on my old comp, but i got a new laptop. So i download ZSnes. Then i downloaded the gemfire ROM for snes. I run winzip to start ZSnes, then i click load and find Gemfire.zip, click on it to play, and it fails. There are some jumbled words at the bottom of the page, on the bottom right, i see the words FAIL. I'm wondering what I can do, why isn't the game working? I've tried other emulators besides ZSnes, and i've downloaded the Gemfire file from several different sites, and none of them work! Can someone help me out? I love this game and can't play it!! Thanks.

Why didn't you just migrate the file from your old computer that worked? Why all the downloading of a new file? Don't you have a CD burner or disk drive or something you can copy the files too and from. Even if you have internet you can find a temporary storage somewhere online and upload/download to your new machine.

(Also, mentions of Roms on this board tends to be frowned upon. Just FYI)
