I have the CD for legend of kyrandia 1 and Hand of Fate both for PC and i have DOS box, I read the tutorial and did evrything in it, and I still cant figure out how to run these old games, my PC has a lot of error messages that come up mostly to do with my not having a sound card thats compatible, I downloaded VDM Sound but that come up with another error, I basically dont know anything about how to run dos box other than what I read from the tutorial, and it doesnt say anything about games from a CD, its probly something very simple that im not getting, if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. :bye:

Thanks i changed that, but its still not letting me open the game, what command am i supposed to type to open the game, the tutorial says type FB, but it just says its an illegal command, im sorry to be such a noob but i only just discoverd this site about a week ago, everythings new to me, so i kinda have no idea what im doing really.

Could i try installing the game into the DOS folder on my Cdrive, cause that seems pretty similar to unzipping a downloaded game into the DOS folder.

EDIT Nevermind somehow i figured it out, typing in random stuff

"FB" is used to run Flashback.
Don't think that the tutorial will work for every game, cause it's not like that. Flashback is only an example.

I think im starting to understand how to use it, theres still some things im not quite sure of, but if I have any trouble again ill just ask, thanks.
