Don't give advises about finding warez, the game is good enough and worth it to go and pay for it.
And you can buy it when you click on the link above the review there.

Then you don't neet the Google for it, the link for buying the game is already, like I said above, on the same page where the review of the game is.

If you dont know where to find any game that isnt technically abandonware - but is hard to find or more than 10 years old. Do a google search to try to find outlets (internet games stores) games distriutors etc that sell the product - hence google supersearch to find a legal outlet where you can exchange cash for the game in question.

If you cant find somewhere that sells it find via a google supersearch the distribution company of software company that owns the rights email them asking for
a) where can i buy it legally
B) is it possible if nowhere exists that you donate it as freeware to cnet.com for them to put up for players free via their website !

That was direction of my post = nothing to do with warez which of course is 100% illegal. Never downloaded any thing from any warez sites myself - anything i get is from freeware / open source sites like sourceforge.net or HOTU or abandonia.

Unlikely. As I mentioned in another thread, LucasArts is very reluctant to release the rights on any of its adventure games, despite having essentially left the adventure game-making business. Their choice, really, though I agree: the games were excellent.
