When I run Battleisle 2 from dosbox in fullscreen (either by amending the conf file or using alt-enter) the game interface seems stretched vertically and the edges of the interface outside the visible display. I've tried various combinations of fullscreen, fullfixed and even tried setting smaller fullresolution than 1024x768 - which is the correct OS setting. I've even compressed the display in XP using the monitor controls but that has no impact on Battleisle, just on Windows!
The game funs fine windowed - it's just that my eyes aren't what they were... Hardware - an elderly AMD Athlon 1800, 512M RAM, geforce 5700, 19" NEC CRT Game - Battleisle 2 OS - Windows XP Home (pretty much patched to date) Dosbox 0.63 |
