US is unfairly challeneged this year. I mean, come on, we have to go against the Czek Republic? How is THAT fair?

I don't know if you were ironic, but nevertheless you have a tough group, I must say. Apart from Czech Republic, Italy is always a big threat even though their attackers (Gillardino and Toni) suffered a slump in their form, but they are still highly valued - I think around ?40 million. Ghana is also very good, they have few great players like Essien from Chelsea and Appiah (he used to play for Juventus). There's also experienced full back Kuffour.

I don't know much about US team, I only heard for Reyna and DeMarcus Beasley. But who knows, they might show as a surpise of World Cup.

I never have and never will see the real entertainment in sitting for 90 minutes watching 22 people kick a leather sphere filled with air at 2 propped up fishing nets...

After watching Angola-Portugal I can say neither of them really impressed me...Angola wasn't really a threat, and Portugal didn't play as one of the pretenders to the cup would play. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's matches, can't really portend how USA-CZE and ITA-GHA will go, but I feel that Australia-Japan is gonna be a tie.
