I got the browser to work.

But why doesnt it go anywhere but abandonia and reloaded

thats the point of it Punch it's not meant to go anywhere else, and anyone in the right state of mind would not use IE for anything more than Abandonia and reloaded.

Microsoft Visual C++, is not needed.

Pretty much everything then it might be useful

Yes a very good idea Punch, I could have a sub-bar that drops down.
For example: you go on abandonia and a sub-bar drops down with links to all the game genres, etc.

If you have any more great ideas please tell me
