Are the original games only included in some kind of "special version" or are those three available in every Bard's Tale cd?

I have the original at home but I fear it will be too time consuming.
How long did it take you guys to get through the game first time ? |

This series is one of my all time favorites! Im surprised it only has a 3 user rating. I would place this in my top 5 all time. When this came out it was one of the first to have the 3D look with animated monsters. I love the gameplay and the feel of the game. I do prefer the C64 or amiga version than the PC version. I am playing through this game with a C64 emulator right now and haven't a great time with it.
I have probably played about 20 hours so far and I think im only about 30% through it, so my guess is probably takes about 80 hours to complete. I dont mind the time though because Im having fun with it and that is the point right. When the going gets tough, the bard goes drinking! |

Yeah I had the Guidebook back in the day. Otherwise you'll spend eternity mapping each dungeon by hand. Has anyone finished it without the guidebook? |
