I could swear that I uploaded this game...but then again, maybe I just wanted to. :P
Anyway, this game is incredibly hard and fun at the same time. It gave me much pleasure when I ran over those cops or killed them with my weapons, but it was damn annoying sometimes when I just couldn't get to a place without getting destroyed. Meh, I'll rate it 4 just because it remembered me of Carmageddon (the dark graphics did that :P ).

It's a really fun game in my opinion, it is really. I mean you might get disapointed at first because of the hard leanring curve and dark pixelated graphics and also the inconvenient in-game obejcts (pedestrians) coming almost out of nowehere.
Try to get past that and beat the game (if you can, I could never finnished it), it's worth your while.
Also try the 1st part, if you haven't already. Some say this sequel is better than the first others say the contrary, you play you choose. It's just a click away from download!
Enjoy!

Quarantine I was better - it had a real living city with shops, quests, etc. When I played this, it felt like a cheap watered down version.

I remember playing the original Quarantine years ago at my friend's house. Never tried the sequel though. Might give it a shot sometime.

What operating system (Windows version) do you have? Do you use DOSBox?

I am using dosbox 0.65 to play the game but it is very slow.
Also try to crank up the speed to 20000 cycles ( max), it is still slow.

I have tried using dosbos with 6000 cycles playing quarantine without any problems.

Any ideas , anyone ??

Yup, try core=dynamic and increase the cycles even further (Dynamic Core mode increases the maximum cycle treshold for your machine even twice)

I had managed to play the game and thanks for your help.

A question to those who had played the game :

How to you save the game ? I figured out that by pressing F5, you are able to save the game.
The problem is after I enter a name for my saved game, I cannot find my saved game in the load game screen. The screen seems to me that there are no saved games at all because apart from the guy face, I cannot see anything else on the screen. However, when I just hit enter
it prompt me to restore game, so I click yes. Later, the game just load and hang
at the screen :Game paused, press any key to continue" . I keep pressing any keys , but it did not seems to work.

Any words of advice on this issue ?

Thanks in advance
