Default changing avatar

I changed my avatar EVERYWHERE but still in my posts there is the old one... What to do?

One thing is good - it looks like i did not lose my Pieces of Eight

You need to delete your avatar. Then wait until the forum catches up, and then upload the new one.
I think. The way this works is so convoluted that I can't be sure anymore.

As probably noticed - deleting the avatar on forum does not work :/

Is there any other idea how to do this?

Use same file format as your old avatar and an avatar larger than 85*85 (you can only delete (at) the original file (address), not the -thumb thumb). So, no ani ava for you (file format and resizing offer a double protection against this bad manner).

As far as I remember lat avatar was .png so I made current one the same format. I double-checked size and it is below 85x85. I choosed something without any animation (as far as I know .png does not allow animation) ... still I have the old one on forums ...
... or is it just my browser?
