when i start big red adventure in dosbox, the game doesn't seem to recognise my mouse. Can someone help me?

I'm sorry but we had exactly the same problem when trying to play it.
I was going to review it, but I couldn't get the game to work, we tried to get it to work but to no avail.

Are you using d-fend? Sometimes the options there lock your mouse, sometimes not. Does it show a mouse cursor like many other games do?

Also, not that it is related, but are you using a ps/2 mouse compatible, or a serial mouse? I remember many dos games like serials and not the more "newer" mouse ports.

Oh well.

i'm using a serial mouse

the cursor doesn't apear on the screen
