No it's not Ninja Turtles.
But the gameplay is similar EDIT: Since there are over 15000 views and no has an idea of the game I posted in monochrome I solve this puzzle: It's "Altered beast" on the C64!!! :bleh:  EDIT2: I'll go on with this game, but I have no clue if there's still anyone interested.
