I finished it... In three different ways
Things get way too generic FPS later in the game. What a pity

I just bought the book 'Roadside picnic'. It''s the novell where this game got it's influences of. A friend of me from the oekrain pointed me towards it. It seems to be a sci-fi classic over there.

Roadside picnic by Arkady & Boris Strugatsky
ISBN -978-0-575-07978-6

I've read this one a while back. Same as all other stuff by the Strugatskis, it's quite surrealistic - not my kind of sci-fi, really.

This game is sooooo cool!
I really like the survival style...damn if I want I can make hunting with wild boar! :smurf:
Does anybody knows what can I do to pass a bunker with an electric field? Do I need a special suit?
Thanks

Pass a bunker with an electric field? You're talking about the moving anomaly in the Cordon? Just observe, you should've been able read that on a certain dead guy's pda.

Psy-fields aren't passable untill you get protection

You might have a few problems with storyline missions if you join Freedom, but besides that there isn't that much of a difference, I believe. Remember you do not -have- to join a faction, though
