Default 64bit dosbox?

Is there any chance there's a 64bit dosbox program, or any chance I can get around needing one?

There is only a 32-bit version of DOSBox. Which is compatibile with 64-bit systems.

Not really, there are more 64 bit OS you know.

One advise: If you don't have really full admin rights install dosbox in your own documents folder instead of in the X86 sub. Same for the oldgames folder.
Will avoid you protection problems.

NC isn't an absolute neccesity, but still handy to have around.
You can find a copy through google : http://www.google.pl/search?hl=en&sa...oad%22&spell=1
Wikipedia also has some d/l links: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norton_Commander

I would love to not use it since I can't find it, but the guide you wrote goes by it

Theres 2 links via wiki, ones here which doesnt seem to work the other is "vetusware". I got it from there, but it's 3 .img files which do nothing when mounted?

I'm at a loss...

I have vista,
I have the game files,
I have DOSbox,

Please help me play my fav game

I tried every variation of "C:\Oldgames\Landsoflore\LANDS.exe" I could think of in DOSbox, nothing worked

-> install dosbox in c:\users\your_name\dosbox-0.72\
-> create a c:\users\your_name\oldgames\
-> use for lands of lore: c:\users\your_name\oldgames\ lof\

mount c c:\users\your_name\oldgames\
cd lof
lands

If you have spaces in your name use
mount c "c:\users\your_name\oldgames\" * Use the " " *

Could you perhaps try the game and see if it's the files? Figures, I've been looking for this game for years
