Luck only smiles once Works better as "suicide song" for me than its contemporary This is the last Sunday. I read the text as a personal comment (own translation, sorry) :

And as for the performers - your bands from posts above sound like their musicians might have died/may die of drug overdose... the singer from my link died as 40-something of tuberculosis, shortly after the WW2 - thanks to being imprisoned by Nazi Germany and later Soviet Russia.
