No, silly. Not flying in a plane; flying under your own power. Or telekinesis, for that matter. For some reason, the subject came up in conversation with my wife this past weekend. She doesn't recall ever doing either. I've done both. I can also recall the strong disappointment when I woke up, and realized I couldn't levitate objects. Damn, another good, useful talent gone missing.

What about you? Ever had one or the other, or both, dreams?

As a kid, I frequently dreamed I could hover (sometimes still do), just by thinking 'bout it (and one or two times boosted by clicking my heels together two times). I used it in nightmares to escape from monsters, turning the nightmares into Laugh-At-The-Earthbound-Silly-Monsters-Trying-To-Catch-You dreams. When I woke up, I could still clearly feel what to think (and how it felt) in order to fly, but could never get myself that far, which's a disappointment from time to time, especially as in my dreams, it went faster than going by bike, while it took less effort

When I was younger I used to dream I could fly, yes. I didn't wave my hands, I just used my mind. And those dreams felt so real!!
It's a bummer waking up and not being able to fly anymore

I get flying dreams every now and then, although I usually can't fly per se, but rather can jump really high and really far. Almost the same thing, I guess. Just as useful, and just as disappointing when I wake up!

I had dreams about flying at least twice (two I remember, might have been more).
In the first, it was a really powerful ability with no limit to height etc, altough it needed a lot of sheer force of will to use. Now that I think of it, it was more like short-range teleportation rather then actual levitation.
The other one was levitationm, and it was much, much less powerful. By the greatest effort of will I could lift myself at most half metre over the ground level.

I remember quite well HOW I did that in the dream. The process didn't include an actual thought, spell or action, rather a very specific type of focusing my mind and state of mind, but I was never able to achieve this state and focus IRL.

Now, why should I? That was only a dream...
