Planning on buying a AMD X2 when the price goes a bit down.

But for now my old amd barton 2500+@3200+ rig does the job well enough.

I'm waiting to buy an AMD 64 PC when prices will reach (going down, of course!) my budget!

And i will pass to a 64 bit operative sistem only when/if i'll find a "stable" version of win64... so i'm going to wait...

I'll probably get one as a future power-machine.

When I buy a new comp I'm gonna put Gentoo 64 on it with a nice AMD 64 bit CPU. Maybe even a dual core one if they're cheap. In my future line of work it might be useful.

Right now I am happy with my Intel 32 bit processor. But with advancement, I will prefer Intel 64 bit bcoz AMD runs slower! some people say it is the best bu t I don't know why I got a slow performance when I tested it for a day at my friends house!
