OK a silly question, but if you run the gob3.exe file which game starts? Are you sure you downloaded the reight game (or that you placed the question in the right topic)?

Well, my Project Nomad download worked fine and there's no gob3 file in the folder. :eeeeeh: Maybe you downloaded several games and assigned the wrong name to the folder by mistake?

It's sure that he has done something bad, also because Goblins 3 is no longer downloadable from Abandonia.

I was wondering if anyone else was having a problem with text pausing while viewing certain inventory items that are rather plot-sensitive (alien alloy tablet and Ex-1 head to be precise), I can't get the text to advance, and apparently I need to see the whole message before I get the losten codes (or the fact I have to tell to WR-6000/The Gauardian)
Anyone know of a solution? I have pressed every key on my keyboard (except 'D' because that exits the inventory screen) Thanks! |

Yay! This is one of my all-time favourite games. As someone said, it's open-ended and it has genuiine sci-fi stuff added to it. I look at most space games comnig out today and I usually compare them to this one. I haven't found a single one that measures up, despite having 10x the budget
Love you guys for putting it up for download Oh, just a few tips for you newbies. Quietos (spelling?) missiles are the best, but they're expensive and hard to find. Bots are fun (like farming, spying, mining) but they don't net you much money. The most profitable activity is killin' stuff. Also, don't worry about trying to get ALL the missions done, because many of them you won't be able to do in combination with others simply do to time restrictions. Have fun! |

Erg... Okay I read all the posts here and I still can't get the sound to work. When I load the game it says there isn't enough EMS memory for sound. So in the properties of the exe I give it some EMS (and I've tried many other things from there too) and now I don't get that "not enough EMS" error, but now the game just closes right after it opens. No intro or anything.
When I run it in DOSBox, I don't get the sound error but I get that Quote:
