I think Spain's group is the easiest but I haven't seen Ukraine play. [/b][/quote] Ukraine is a top team; they have a brilliant goalkeeper and one of the best strikers in the world who just moved to Chelsea. His name? Andry Shevchenko!!!! If I remember correctly, the last time Ukraine played Spain, Ukraine won... |

Well, I'm quite interested in how South Korea will perform. They were in semifinals (against Germany, I think) in the last World Cup when their manager was Guus Hiddink. Seeing Australia yesterday, it seems every team he leads performs well.

Well not really if you look at the clubs Sahtjor and Dinamo Kiev, you'll see tthat they did pretty well in the UEFA cup/Champions league, and they have a lot of Ukranians playing for them, so while Shevchenko might be a star, I'm sure they have other good players too, and they were first in the group ahead of Turkey (3rd or 4th on the last world cup) and Greece (present European champions)...

I like the way that Artem Milijevski (sorry don't know the name) played at the under-21 tournament in Portugal. To bad he thinks he's god already with his 21 years. It was just painful to see how he treated his fellow teammates. Further I think the rest of the team shouldn't be underestimated. Dynamo Kiev and Shaktar Donetsk are pretty good clubs. Shaktar beat Barcelona with 3-0 a couple of years ago I believe, Though lost to dutch AZ 2 seasons ago ) |

South Korea - Togo 1 Not really a fan of South Korea, but Togo doesn't look like it could stand a chance. France - Switzerland 1X France has got one of the best attacks. Brazil - Croatia 12 This is not gonna end with a tie. I'm gonna root for Croatia. Half of their defence plays in Italy, their attack is strong and they've got the coolest uniform in the World Cup. And Brazil's goalie is Dida. Nelson "Butterhands" Dida. He's gonna screw it up in some way, I tell ya. |

I am goalie as well and most of the time Dida doesn't do too bad, though I don't like him. Why do you think so? <- curious question, not controversial
