fullscreen dosbox -> alt-enter

to run C&C on a 400 mhz machine => don't use dosbox.
try vdmsound

oh no. i installed vdmsound and started it. the result was only this:

"VDMSound DOS loader, versino 2.01 (Aug 04 2001)
Copyright © 2000-2001 Vlad ROMASCANU.

VDMSound is covered by the GNU Public License (GP), version 2 or later, as published by the Free Software Foundation, Inc. (http://www.fsf.org/).

Loading 'VDDLoader.dll'...
Successfully loaded & initialized ((hvDD = 0x01)."

then the "command promt" or what programm ever closes and nothing happens. :-(

when i start the command and comquer with rungame.exe it gives me only a black screen and nothing happens.

do you know why or what am i doing wrong?

thanks for your answer.

I don't think C&C can work with VDMSound. I tryied it myself a long time ago and it refused to work.

On another matter tough, which OS are you using? VDMSound won't work with Win98/95, for example.

A 400mh/z is very slow to run this game, even on pure DOS. Trying to run it on DOSBox is pure suicide.
