This is one of those games that no one really knows exists. It was only made in Taiwan. It might still be copyrighted by Capcom, but there is almost no information avaliable on the game, and I can't find any mention of Dreams Come True corp. outside of that game.

All I can confirm is that it is a turn based strategy with megaman characters.

Well, if Capcom is the publisher, the game is protected until 29.10.2016.
But I'm not sure if it would be approved anyway, since it seems to be unavailable in English.
