If you've got the version from this site, you can click anywhere on the map you want.

This game doesn't require dosbox actually. I run it under Xp fine and use vdmsound to fix the missing audio.

I'm getting an "Error 10" after completing the music puzzle, when I try to move to the next room. I'm guessing that a file is missing.

BTW as a correction to the review, on expert level the tower of Hanoi puzzle takes 127 moves. it takes 2^n-1 moves for n disks.

Have you already tried DosBox and/or VDMSound?

Hi, all. I can remember playing The Castle and The Island when I was a bit younger -- and I now have a daughter who I think would get a REAL kick of these games (plus The Lost Mind & The Time Warp). Does ANYONE know where I can get these?? I'm running Windows XP -- am I even going to be able to run them??

Please e-mail me, privately, if you can be of any help.

amethystbeauty@gmail.com

Thanks, ever so much.

Oh gosh, I guess I should have read ALL the posts before I posted, huh?

If it's ESA-protected -- does that mean that it's TRULY unavailable? I mean, is there someone I can call or write to? It seems such a shame, these were such great games. The next generation (my daughter's generation) is really missing out. :-(
