I recommend the Vistual Hint System (Google it). You can input questions like "where do i find the purple stone?" And it will hint something like, "look in the deeps cave, but mind the step" and you'll know to look for a trapdoor or fall down a hole and there it is.

Didn't really help much for discworld, though, cos the puzzles were so bizarre. I did love the custard spell, though ^^

Yes, of course.
But if You all the day searching the missing button in huge labyrinth in vain, then You begin to think maybe the stupid yog is not so stupid and Let google for some Clue.
Anyway I do not want to reveal the wheel again.
BTW yog is lazy beggar..
Or let inform You the yoga played the game UW2 some years ago and was stopped because of no any clue in hard situation, amigo..
In You Tube I see a player who very fast finished the game! Fantastic! He or She does not fight till finished the game! Amazing..

As usual, replacementdocs is a good source for old games Cluebooks: http://www.replacementdocs.com/download.php?view.6990

You can find map, install guide, other references there too:
http://www.replacementdocs.com/searc...ownloads&adv=0

I have never played Ultima, though. So I cannot comment on the quality of the Cluebook mentioned above.

I guess my problem was back then that i came right from the amiga to the pc. And about every game on the amiga was 3 to 5 times better when it came to graphics then it was on the pc.
Dredging up an old post.. but as an Amiga fanboy, I can definitely say EoB2 was superior on PC (VGA).

Talking But

Excuse me,
when I play a game I do not care about side effects like music, sound effects, resolution, image or like.
It is a game but not ikebana anyway..
I am so deep in the game than only important stuff is intrigue.

Talking Ladies and gentlemen,

I have pleasure to annonce You that from next Monday I will start UU II.

You are kindly invated to support yoga in his adventure..

Yes, yes, You, kind Paco, Capo, Scatty and Kmonster and every UU II player and expert.

And first Q: How many are UU 2 levels?
Any hints in the beginning are very valuable.

Tomorrow BG yoga will wake up and
- will smear your face with the colors of war, will dig up the tomahawk and stand on the war path.

You mean area levels in the game or character levels? Without the castle it's 4 basement levels in Britain and 8 different worlds through the gem.
If you meant how many character levels, I don't remember exactly but it's something above 20.

Don't forget to smoke a big pipe full of weed before you go to war.

Of Scatty!

Sadly, yoga is non smoker.

About UU2 the river Rubicom is crossed, all bridges are fired.

Lucky me..

Talking Hi

The game UW2 is started in DosBox without any problem.

I am preparing teaching Help and training the interface.

Some routine actions, Y'know. Collecting maps and so on.

This is serious game and I am serious.

(BTW, now i'm paying Daggerfall, UW2 and Prince of Persia 3)
