The November competition theme is "Random"
 This will give to the participants great freedom and, perhaps, great problems... what is "Rnadom"? Let us know your answer by submitting a pic, made using the technic you prefer, before December the 1st. After that, there will be a poll to declare the best entry, so work hard and and make a fantastic piece of art

i used various filters in photoshop in different order (i can't remember specifically) on a photo taken on kura's phone
 simple to do but you can achieve different looks with different filters. i did the scanline pattern myself as well and overlaid that as a layer effect (pattern overlay)
