Default Rats! [SOLD]

The object of the game is to stop the rats in a maze-esque (like a bomberman maze) setting from breeding. There were a variety of ways you could do this - kill all the rats, kill all of one gender (males were little blue ones, females were little pink ones, and when they ran into each other, I believe, they made an even smaller rat that would grow up), sterilize all of one gender or all the remaining...

You had a variety of weapons at your disposal, including bombs that would kill everything in it's path without turning corners (like bomberman, again) or radioactive things that would sterlize the rats in a certain area. Each level gave you a different assortment of weapons, and you had to stop breeding before moving on to the next.

I am almost 100% certain that I played either the full game or a demo of it off of a CD-ROM Today cd that I had when I was younger (either that or Maximum PC), but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it. It's been driving me crazy! Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
