What makes you think there was one? Both MobyGames and Wikipedia clearly state it was only released for PlayStation.

Search for the PS ISO of the game, and run it in ePSXe on ya PC.
Advisable is to install gpuPete's 3D plugins in ePSXe. Would you not understand a word of my post: google for ePSXe, plenty elaborate tutorials on tEh internet. PS: even if I advise ePSXe, there are more excellent PS emus, I'm just kinda hooked up on ePSXe since a long time, old habits etcetera .......blah blah.
